Meet the Cast
Aaron Oetting (Dick - Session 1 & Daniel - Session 3) Aaron
William Oetting is a graduate of Dell'Arte International School of
Physical Theater.  He holds a BA in Theater from the College of
William and Mary.  Aaron has worked as a Gatekeeper for Cirque du
Soliel's Ka in Las Vegas.  Some of his New York credits include
Danny in "Danny and the Deep Blue Sea", Dionysus in a modern
adaption of "The Frogs", and Schmendiman in "Picasso at the Lapin
Carolyn Messina (Mary - Session 4) Originally from L.A. (lower
Alabama ) was last seen in  Fin and Euba at the 2006 Strawberry
One-Act Festival (winner: Best Actress; Best Play) and at the
Greenwich Street Theatre as Mother Naked in Sin Times Seven. Other
New York credits include CTRL+ALT+Delete, Crazy Quilt and Dead
Girls.  Regional:  Charlotte in the National Tour of Charlotte's Web
(Town Hall),  Alma in Summer and Smoke, Mo in The Kathy and Mo
Show, Jolene in 6 Women with Brain Death, and two steamy
summers at Georgia Shakespeare Festival. Originated all roles in Brad
Bailey's Womenfolks, the one-woman show. Irene Ryan Award
regional finalist. Graduate of William Esper Studio (NY).
Darien Clark (Jane - Session 1) Darien Clark, a new
face to the stages of New York, has spent her twenty-one
years on this Earth with a strong desire to act and make
people laugh. The Atlanta-native moved up to New York
at eighteen to pursue a classical training in theatre and is
pleased to start her journey to a professional career and is
excited to debut in "The Sessions". She would also like to
take this opportunity to thank her Mom.
David Bodenschatz (John - Session 1) A native of New York's
Ulster County, David studied environmental theatre in the Walt
Disney World College Program and is featured in the webseries
"Marcus Hates His Job".  Past theatre credits include "One Flew
Over the Cuckoo's Nest", "Six Characters in Search of an Author",
and the Off-Off-Broadway original "Linnea".  His screen work
includes the films "Stephanie Daley" and "Reservation Road" and
most recently "Law & Order: Criminal Intent".  David would like to
thank Jesus for getting him this far without slowly going mad during
the 'lean years' as well as his parents, sister, and vast extended family
for their continual support and encouragement.
Doug Barron (Joseph - Session 4) Recent indie films include
Across Dot Ave, Shutterbug, The House of Women. Other films
include: Anatema shot in Kosovo and Albania, Just Visiting, The
Yards, Office Killer, Jacob's Ladder, Mr. Destiny, One Good Cop,
The Confession, The Mambo Kings, The Cowboy Way, Stonewall,
Reckless, Blue Steel, and The Newcomers.  TV:  Law & Order, and
Law & Order Criminal Intent several times, The Sopranos, Sex And
The City. Stage: The Great White Hope, To Kill a Mockingbird,
Iken's Perversion, Berlin, Deux Mariages: Romola & Nijinsky, Salt,
Gauguin's Parrot, Hide Mother In My Heart, Close Enough For Jazz,
The Swan. He began his career as a ballet dancer.
Ian Eaton (David - Session 2) Ian credits his enrichment in the arts
beginning at Harlem School of the Arts, studying voice, violin, and
acting as a youngster. He continued studying acting at LaGuardia High
School (Fame High), and graduated with a BFA in Acting from City
College. He has appeared on television, independent films, and
theatrical productions ranging from All God's Chillun Got Wings to
Dream Girls and has had the privilege of performing national tours
throughout the east coast. Some of his favorite roles include Esteban
in Day of the Kings, Agamemnon in Iphigenia in Aulis, and Young
Glynn on HBO's Oz.  His recent projects include Tara's Crossing, a
reading of a male version of For Colored Girls, and a portrayal of
Charlie Parker in Flight.
Melvin Huffnagle (Michael - Session 2) Melvin is thrilled to work
with Khary and Nisha again.  A native of Buffalo, NY, Melvin returns
to the award winning role of Michael in "Session 2".  A product of the
University of Florida MFA program, Mr. Huffnagle works locally in
the NYC acting scene.  He has performed in such roles as Buckingham
from "Richard the III", Oberon from "A Midsummer Night's Dream",
and Loomis from August Wilson's "Joe Turner's Come and Gone".
TV credits include Law and Order (SVU) and Law and Order (CI).  
Melvin would like to thank his wife and son for all their love and
Michelle Lally (Ashley - Session 3) Michelle Ellen Lally- This is
Michelle's debut off-off-Broadway directly from graduating at
Montclair State University with a B.A. in Theatre Studies. Her most
recent works have been directing collaborated pieces with fellow
students at Players, a student run organization on campus, including
"Stop Kiss" and sections from "Picasso's Women". She is also
work-shopping a new one act by Kara Laviola, "Burn It for Bingo".
